Investment Sales Closer

About the role

The Investment Sales Closer engages with investors through outbound and inbound calls to introduce services and products, assess client needs and generate qualified leads. The role builds strong client relationships, supports account setup and maintenance, ensures timely follow-ups and keeps accurate records in the CRM system, while contributing to sales and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to investors and manage inbound inquiries
• Introduce company services and products and qualify prospects by their needs, challenges and level of interest
• Build trust and rapport, then schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team
• Assist new clients with account creation and onboarding, and support account amendments and issues
• Follow up on signed documentation and pending transactions
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date interaction records in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, connections and qualified leads

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with investors and clients
• Experience in lead qualification, prospecting and conversion, with a sales-oriented mindset
• Ability to explain products and services and solve client problems
• Excellent follow-up and time-management skills; attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with sales and support teams
• Some financial background
