Invoice Senior Manager

About the role

The Invoice Senior Manager will lead the facility invoicing function within Hirestaff.ai's finance unit, ensuring that all invoices are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with contract terms. This senior position oversees a small team and collaborates closely with operations, revenue cycle, accounting, and other internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support a team of three responsible for facility invoicing.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end invoice process, including calculation, review, approval, and submission.
• Read, interpret, and apply healthcare facility contracts to ensure accurate billing.
• Apply contract terms such as rates, service types, patient visits, provider activity, and stipends to invoice calculations.
• Ensure invoices are complete, accurate, and supported by proper documentation.
• Gather billing inputs from internal teams and resolve missing or inconsistent information.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, calculation issues, and billing disputes.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, accounting, revenue cycle, and customers to address invoice‑related issues.
• Maintain invoice support files, calculation schedules, approvals, and contract references.

Required profile

• Significant experience in healthcare finance, billing, or invoicing.
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and apply complex healthcare contracts.
• Strong leadership experience managing a small invoicing team.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
