ISO Consultant

About the role

QVR Global Services is looking for an ISO Consultant to support organizations in Sialkot with the development, implementation and improvement of management systems. The consultant assesses existing processes, helps clients align documentation and practices with applicable ISO standards, and guides teams through audit preparation and corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and identify gaps against relevant ISO requirements.
• Develop or refine policies, procedures, process maps, forms and records for management systems.
• Advise client teams on implementation plans, responsibilities and ongoing compliance practices.
• Deliver practical guidance and awareness sessions to employees and management.
• Prepare clients for internal and external audits, support audit activities and track findings.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions and follow up on their completion.
• Maintain clear project documentation and give timely progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of ISO management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 and their implementation requirements.
• Experience conducting gap assessments, process reviews and compliance audits.
• Ability to create and maintain policies, procedures, process documentation and audit evidence.
• Understanding of risk-based thinking, corrective action, root-cause analysis and continual improvement.
• Strong client communication, facilitation and training skills, and comfort working with client teams on site in Sialkot.

• Effective planning and organization across multiple consulting assignments and deadlines.

What we offer

• Monthly pay of PKR 80,000 to 120,000.
• Incentive bonus.
