ISO Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ISO Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development, implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Management System (IMS) that complies with ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. The role ensures that quality, business continuity, environmental, health and safety processes are aligned with these standards and drives continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the IMS covering quality, continuity, environmental, health and safety.
• Create and refine policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure ISO compliance and operational efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities, lead initiatives and monitor performance metrics.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for quality, continuity, environment and occupational health and safety.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, manage corrective and preventive actions, and prepare for certification assessments.
• Develop and maintain change control, business continuity, incident response, disaster recovery and crisis management plans.
• Run regular drills and training sessions to test and reinforce IMS effectiveness.
• Communicate IMS performance to stakeholders and promote a culture of compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience implementing and managing QMS across ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Relevant ISO certifications (e.g., Lead Auditor/Implementor for the listed standards) highly preferred.
• Proven track record of conducting internal and external audits and managing certification processes.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
