IT Administrator

About the role

Ajmairy Group is seeking a full‑time IT Administrator to join its Lahore office. The role involves maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring systems run securely and efficiently for daily business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and network devices.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers, user accounts, and system performance.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, and network issues.
• Maintain internet connectivity, Wi‑Fi, CCTV, biometric, and IP‑phone systems.
• Handle data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures, including antivirus and security patches.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Coordinate with vendors for purchases and repairs.
• Ensure system uptime, data security compliance, and prepare IT reports as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in IT administration or support.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent (a plus).
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, Windows OS, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud environments.
• Experience with CCTV, biometric systems, and printers is preferred.
