IT Associate

About the role

EdgeEdge is seeking an IT Associate to provide frontline technical support and help manage the systems, devices, and tools that power the business. The role ensures reliable, secure, and efficient technology support for employees, enabling them to perform their best work.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT support requests, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions and access controls; provision accounts and devices for new hires.
• Troubleshoot and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals; install and configure hardware, drivers and software applications.
• Log, manage and update service requests in the ticketing system, document resolutions and contribute to internal knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, help‑desk or desktop support roles.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Enjoys troubleshooting and can work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
