IT Functional Relationship Manager – Finance

About the role

As an IT Functional Relationship Manager for Finance at Nestlé, you will act as the bridge between the Finance business unit and the IT organization. You will provide strategic advice, translate business needs into technology solutions, and ensure delivery of value‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted IT partner for the Finance function, handling all technology‑related requests.
• Convert finance business requirements into clear, actionable IT deliverables aligned with global standards.
• Manage the full solution lifecycle—from ideation and demand capture to delivery, support, and retirement.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of IT initiatives.
• Lead change‑management activities, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data‑security standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor and improve user satisfaction, operational excellence, and digital maturity.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in IT business partnering or relationship management, preferably in an FMCG or large enterprise.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and their digital transformation needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Proven track record in project delivery, portfolio management, and change enablement.
• Analytical thinking with a focus on delivering business value.
