IT Manager – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our night‑shift IT operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire technology stack, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across all systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT support team, resolving hardware, software, network and infrastructure issues.
• Oversee daily IT operations, system administration and service delivery for business‑critical systems.
• Develop, implement and enforce IT policies, procedures and best practices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and security in Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange and SharePoint.
• Plan, implement and maintain servers, storage, virtualization, networking and cloud environments.
• Supervise deployment and lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other IT assets.
• Maintain Windows Server, VMware, Hyper‑V, virtual desktops and remote‑access solutions.
• Install, configure and maintain firewalls, switches, routers, load balancers and wireless networks.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices, monitor threats and coordinate incident response.
• Manage structured cabling projects and liaise with ISPs, telecom vendors and third‑party partners.
• Document infrastructure, configurations, asset inventories and procedures.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve efficiency, security and scalability.
• Prepare IT budgets, oversee procurement and ensure cost‑effective resource use.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members and coordinate training.
• Collaborate with department heads to align IT solutions with business objectives.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or operations.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and project‑management skills.
