IT Manager - Night Shift

About the role

Level3 BOS is looking for a skilled, experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee the company's IT infrastructure, technical operations and support functions during the night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday). The role suits someone with a strong technical background, good leadership abilities and hands-on experience managing enterprise IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the IT support team, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
• Oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure management, system administration and service delivery.
• Manage Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint and user access permissions.
• Administer Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, VDI, storage systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage corporate network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs and network security.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies, threat detection, risk management and incident response.
• Ensure system availability, data protection, backups, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Maintain IT documentation, policies, asset inventories and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee IT procurement, budgeting, vendor coordination and infrastructure improvements.
• Train and mentor team members, coordinate with management and stakeholders, and provide after-hours escalation support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or IT operations.
• At least 2 years in a team lead, supervisory or managerial position.
• Previous experience managing IT teams, helpdesk operations and technical support; corporate office, BPO or multinational experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English, especially with international teams.

• Salary package of up to PKR 160,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.
