IT Operations and Administration Manager (Remote)

About the role

The Executive Officer - Admin & IT at EFU Life Assurance Ltd. will ensure smooth administrative and IT operations across the organization. Working remotely, the manager will coordinate office services, vendor relationships, and IT infrastructure while maintaining compliance and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and services.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to administrative activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
• Supervise supporting staff to guarantee effective execution of administrative duties.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and liaise with external IT support when needed.
• Maintain IT inventory and schedule timely upgrades and maintenance.
• Implement and monitor IT security policies and procedures.
• Provide laptops and necessary IT equipment to agents and staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing both administrative and IT functions.
• Strong vendor management and contract coordination skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for IT and office operations.
• Ability to evaluate processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
