IT Services Solutions Manager

About the role

The IT Services Solutions Manager will lead the design and delivery of managed IT services for enterprise customers. This role combines pre‑sales engagement, solution architecture, and operational coordination to ensure seamless transition from sale to service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to analyse operational challenges and propose suitable managed‑service solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, service demonstrations and solution walkthroughs during the sales cycle.
• Design service delivery models for IT field support, end‑user computing, network support, datacenter support and SaaS‑based solutions.
• Create resource‑planning, service‑coverage and dispatch models aligned with SLAs.
• Prepare statements of work, technical proposals, pricing models and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with delivery, recruitment and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and onboarding.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of IT managed‑services and service‑delivery models.
• Hands‑on experience in field services, EUC support, network infrastructure, datacenter operations and SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in designing dispatch‑based, designated and SLA‑driven support structures.
• Excellent documentation, proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage RFPs, RFIs and complex enterprise solution designs.
• Solid commercial acumen, including pricing, costing and ROI‑based selling.
