IT Support Intern

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to support the IT department of a growing organization in Islamabad. You will work closely with senior technicians to maintain the company’s technology infrastructure while gaining practical experience in hardware and software support.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and network performance.
• Respond promptly to service issues and user requests.
• Provide technical support to employees both in person and over the phone.
• Set up email accounts for new users and manage access permissions.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment as needed.
• Test and evaluate new technology solutions.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or BIT.
• Entry‑level candidates with a strong interest in IT support.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
