IT Support & Outbound Calling Agent

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can combine technical IT support with outbound calling activities. Working closely with a small operations and marketing team, you will help build our client pipeline while keeping the office’s technology running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to qualify leads, capture prospect details, and schedule follow‑ups for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, updating lead status, notes, and information promptly.
• Provide first‑line IT support for office hardware, software, and network issues; escalate when necessary.
• Set up workstations, install software, and enforce endpoint security best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement lead‑generation strategies and track campaign performance.
• Prepare simple performance reports and assist with data‑handling tasks.
• Work night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer outreach with strong verbal communication.
• Basic IT support experience, comfortable troubleshooting Windows/Linux environments.
• Detail‑oriented with high data‑entry accuracy and ability to manage follow‑up schedules.
• Comfortable using scripts, handling objections, and maintaining a professional tone under pressure.
