About the role
We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance across our office environment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and supporting our ERP and server platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system and system‑level problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
- Manage and resolve LAN, WAN, and Wi‑Fi network issues.
- Provide user support for ERP system functionality.
- Monitor servers, perform regular backups, and handle FTTP server tasks.
- Administer domain and user accounts, including creation of company email accounts.
- Maintain cPanel services such as email, backups, and hosting issues.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year hands‑on IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and clear communication skills.
