About the role

Prime System Solutions is looking for a multi‑skilled IT/AV & Network Infrastructure Specialist to design, deploy and support advanced AV over IP, enterprise networking, SD‑WAN, virtualization and VoIP/PABX solutions for clients across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

Configure AV over IP technologies including IGMP multicast, QoS/DSCP, AirPlay/mDNS, digital signage and video‑wall integration.
Deploy and manage multi‑vendor network environments (Cisco, Meraki, HP Aruba, Zyxel, MikroTik, pfSense, Kerio Control).
Implement Peplink SD‑WAN solutions (SpeedFusion bonding, failover) and manage VLANs, OSPF, BGP and VPNs.
Administer virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V, VMware ESXi, Proxmox) – provisioning, HA clustering and disaster‑recovery.
Deploy and support Cisco CUCM and GrandStream UCM/endpoint solutions, including call routing and SIP trunk configuration.
Maintain up‑to‑date network diagrams, configuration baselines and change records.
Engage with clients to gather requirements, design solutions and provide post‑deployment support.

Required profile

Hands‑on experience in at least two of the following domains: AV over IP, networking, virtualization, or VoIP/PABX.
Strong multi‑vendor networking background (Cisco/Meraki, HP Aruba, Zyxel, MikroTik, pfSense, Kerio Control).
Solid understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals, routing, VLANs, VPNs and firewall administration.
Ability to declare an hourly charge rate at application.

TCP/IP routing and firewall administration.
