Junior Architect and Draftsman

About the role

We are seeking a creative Junior Architect and Draftsman to join our growing design team. The role focuses on residential and commercial projects, requiring strong visualisation skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with senior architects to develop design concepts from sketch to final presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and 3D visualisations for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with senior architects to refine design concepts and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Produce high‑quality renderings and presentation material for client meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and update CAD models as design evolves.
• Assist in site visits and coordinate with consultants when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural drafting and visualisation.
• Strong design sense with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SketchUp (SKP).
• Experience with Lumion for rendering.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (CAD).
