Junior B2B Content Strategist

About the role

LEAURY, a leather-made products brand and sister company of Xpert Prime, is looking for a Junior B2B Content Strategist with about one year of experience. The role plans and executes content that attracts and converts business buyers, working closely with the content, SEO, design and sales teams under the guidance of senior marketers. It suits someone with hands-on content marketing experience who wants to grow into a strategic role.

The position is full time, onsite in Johar Town, Lahore, on a night shift from Monday to Friday, 7 PM to 4 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and upkeep of the content strategy and editorial calendar
• Research target audiences, buyer personas, competitors and industry trends to find content opportunities
• Plan content for each stage of the buyer journey (awareness, consideration, decision)
• Create and edit B2B content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns and landing page copy
• Work with the SEO team on keyword research and topic clusters
• Brief writers, freelancers and designers and review their work for quality and brand voice
• Gather insights, customer stories and subject-matter input from sales and product teams
• Track content performance (traffic, engagement, leads) and share regular reports
• Audit existing content and recommend what to update, repurpose or retire
• Maintain brand voice and content guidelines

Required profile

• 1 year of experience in content marketing, content strategy, copywriting or a related B2B role (internships and freelance work count)
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
• Basic understanding of B2B buyer journeys, personas and the marketing funnel
• Good organizational and project management skills, clear communication and willingness to learn and take feedback

• SEO fundamentals and keyword research
• Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console or HubSpot
• CMS (WordPress or similar)
• Nice to have: SaaS, technology or professional services content; ABM, lead generation or sales enablement exposure; CRM or marketing automation tools; video, webinar or social content; content marketing or SEO certifications; a portfolio of published B2B work
