Junior Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our software company in Lahore. You will help expand our client base by targeting opportunities on freelance platforms and through direct outreach, while acting as the bridge between clients and our development team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn and via direct client contact.
• Communicate client requirements clearly to the development team and ensure they are adhered to throughout the project.
• Coordinate task hand‑over from developers to clients, guaranteeing timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with clients to provide top‑notch customer service.
• Generate leads, draft proposals, and continuously improve business processes.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals that meet each client’s specific needs.
• Bid on projects across the listed platforms and negotiate competitive quotations.
• Research new and existing market opportunities and stay informed on customer and market trends.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of business development experience within the software industry.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good understanding of software development terminology and IT concepts.
