Junior Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our software company in Lahore. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities through online freelance platforms and direct client engagement, supporting the growth of our development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour and LinkedIn.
• Communicate client requirements clearly to the development team and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate task delivery from developers to clients, maintaining quality and timeliness.
• Follow up with clients regularly to provide excellent customer service.
• Research market trends, generate leads, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate quotations and close deals with competitive pricing.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of business development experience, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good understanding of software development terminology and IT concepts.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Required skills

• Experience bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour and LinkedIn.
