About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Closer to sell Final Expense Whole Life Insurance products over the phone. The role involves contacting prospects, qualifying them according to campaign criteria, and guiding eligible customers through the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Sell Final Expense Whole Life Insurance products via telemarketing.
- Qualify customers according to campaign criteria and confirm eligibility.
- Filter Do Not Call (DNC) numbers and treat abusive callers as DNC.
- Communicate with empathy and professionalism while adhering to company policies and SOPs.
- Attend mandatory training and development sessions.
- Report to the Team Lead Operations and Manager Operations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, with performance affecting basic salary.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience or familiarity with the BPO industry.
- Proven selling/telemarketing abilities.
- Empathy, professionalism and attention to detail.
