Junior Marketing Analyst

About the role

A marketing team in Islamabad is looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing activities, create content and help run digital marketing campaigns. The position is on-site at the PWD office in Islamabad, with working hours from 6 PM to 2 AM, and is open to candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Support social media management, content creation and scheduling.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Help with marketing materials, promotional activities and brand awareness initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant marketing experience; the role is entry level and aimed at junior professionals.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback and work collaboratively.
• Ability to work on-site at the Islamabad office.

Required skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar platforms is a plus.
