Junior Meta Ads Specialist (Media Buyer)

About the role

NaskSoft runs a growing group of skincare, fashion and property businesses and uses Facebook and Instagram advertising to drive online sales and property enquiries. It is looking for a junior media buyer to help plan, run and improve Facebook and Instagram advertising. Experience is not required; some practical experience with Meta Ads Manager is useful, but basic knowledge and a willingness to learn are enough.

Key responsibilities

• Help prepare and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns within agreed budgets and approval processes
• Check results, keep clear records and recommend what to test or improve next
• Research customers, offers and competitor ads, and suggest useful campaign ideas
• Work with the creative team by explaining what images or videos are needed and sharing what the results show
• Complete relevant training and apply it to practical tasks, including checks before campaigns go live

Required profile

• Basic understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising; hands-on experience is an advantage but not essential
• Clear communication and enough written English to understand training and explain your work
• Attention to detail, reliability and willingness to ask for help when unsure
• Interest in advertising, customer behaviour and using AI tools responsibly

Required skills

• Confidence with simple numbers and spreadsheets, including Excel or Google Sheets
• Meta Ads Manager (useful but not essential)

Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM. The role is purely media buying, not graphic design, video editing or general social media management.
