Junior Paralegal – Personal Injury (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Paralegal to support personal injury claim handling. The role provides direct collaboration with our UK office, offering international exposure and hands‑on experience in case management.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims under supervision.
  • Communicate daily with UK‑based clients, insurers, solicitors and experts.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties regarding claim progress.
  • Prepare documents to progress claims from pre‑litigation and maintain the case management system (e.g., Proclaim).

Required profile

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in claim handling or a related role (not mandatory).
  • LLB graduate (external degree is a plus).
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Required skills

  • Proclaim case management software (or similar case management tools).
