Junior Performance Marketer – eCommerce Growth

About the role

Skyfi Digital is looking for a results‑driven Junior Performance Marketer to accelerate eCommerce growth through data‑backed creative strategies and full‑funnel ad campaigns. You will own the end‑to‑end process from concept to landing‑page optimisation, ensuring ads capture attention and convert shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data‑driven creative strategies and translate insights into briefs that produce scroll‑stopping ads.
• Write compelling, conversion‑focused ad copy and headlines for each funnel stage, testing multiple CTAs.
• Launch, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns, handling budgeting, audience segmentation, and daily performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with the landing‑page team to align messaging and visual elements, reducing drop‑offs and improving conversion rates.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare actionable reports, and use data to guide scaling decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing.
• At least 1 year of experience running performance campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, preferably for eCommerce brands.
• Experience managing daily ad budgets of PKR 30K+ across Meta and/or Google.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response marketing, consumer psychology, and creative testing.
• Proven ability to write high‑performing ad copy and work with design teams.
• Familiarity with CRO principles and performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR.
