Digital Marketing Manager – E-commerce & Performance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in US‑based e‑commerce, performance marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, and P&L management. The position is based in DHA Phase 5, Karachi and works the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday–Friday).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven digital marketing and e‑commerce growth strategies.
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Drive revenue, customer acquisition, conversion rates, retention and customer lifetime value.
• Oversee e‑commerce P&L, budgets, ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, margins and profitability.
• Lead end‑to‑end SEO, including technical, on‑page, off‑page, keyword research and e‑commerce SEO.
• Optimise the customer journey, landing pages, product pages, checkout funnel and conversion rates.
• Analyse channel, product and campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate with marketing, creative, content, sales and e‑commerce teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, E‑commerce Manager or Performance Marketing Manager.
• Strong hands‑on experience with US e‑commerce and customer acquisition.
• Deep understanding of P&L, profitability, ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA and conversion optimisation.
• Track record of driving online revenue and profitable growth.
• Strong analytical, communication, copywriting and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing or mentoring marketing team members.
