Junior Product Designer

About the role

Bricks Technology, a development agency in Lahore, is looking for a Junior Product Designer to work on multiple client projects, creating mobile and web applications from wireframes to developer handoff. You will collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineers, delivering fast‑moving designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity screens in Figma for client products.
• Take rough briefs to polished, build‑ready designs and maintain design systems across projects.
• Prepare clean, structured files for developer handoff and support engineers during implementation.
• Iterate quickly on feedback from clients, design leads, and project managers.
• Contribute to proposals and scoping with screen maps and early concepts.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of product design experience or a strong portfolio.
• Strong command of Figma, including auto‑layout, components, and variables.
• Clean editorial design sensibility with strong typography and deliberate spacing.
• Openness to feedback and ability to discuss design decisions with the team.
• Team player who works well with product managers, engineers, and clients.
