Junior Python Django Developer (On-site, Islamabad)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Python Django Developer to join our on‑site team in Islamabad. The role involves building and maintaining scalable web applications using Python and Django, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop web applications from concept to completion with light supervision.
• Build applications using Python, Django, MySQL and MongoDB.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Integrate web applications with backend RESTful APIs.
• Maintain existing applications, improve performance, fix bugs, and add new modules.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical problems.
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements and exceed expectations.

Required profile

• 1+ year of solid application development experience with Python and Django.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Pro‑level backend development skills, especially with Python/Django.
• Hands‑on experience with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of version control using Git, GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and good communication skills.
