Junior ServiceNow Consultant – GRC (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for two Junior ServiceNow Consultants to join a remote team supporting enterprise implementations for a banking/financial services client. You will work under an experienced Senior Lead, gaining hands‑on experience with ServiceNow GRC and related modules.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Lead in implementing and configuring the ServiceNow GRC module.
• Configure ITSM, Service Catalogue, and GRC modules as required.
• Document business requirements and help produce BRDs and functional specifications.
• Support user acceptance testing, incident handling, and platform troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of ServiceNow administration or implementation experience.
• Exposure to the ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) module.
• Banking or financial services background is an advantage.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification preferred.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification desirable.
• Self‑managed and reliable in a fully remote environment.
• Pakistani nationals preferred, but other nationalities are welcome.
