Key Account Executive – Creative & Advertising Agency

About the role

Creative Rhythms is seeking a proactive Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our core clients. You will act as the main liaison between clients and our creative, design, and digital teams, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, handling both retainer and project work.
• Translate client objectives into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Own project timelines, coordinating kickoff, execution, and final delivery.
• Manage feedback loops, ensuring rapid and transparent communication.
• Prepare status reports, campaign recaps, and client updates.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support new business pitches.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing or account management within a creative, advertising, branding, or digital agency.
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of the creative production process, from brief to approval.
• Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates client needs.
