Key Account Manager – Digital Services & Development Sales

About the role

Lime Software Logics is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales of digital services and development solutions. You will manage international client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure long‑term client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts.
• Generate new business through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct discovery calls, recommend suitable digital solutions, and prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Sell, cross‑sell and upsell services such as web development, mobile app development, SEO, paid marketing, GoHighLevel, AI automation, and other digital marketing solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in a digital agency environment.
• Proven track record selling digital marketing services, web and app development, and AI‑driven solutions.
• Experience handling international clients, especially from the US and Canada.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
