Key Account Manager (Karachi)

About the role

Tapandrate is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with its most important clients in Karachi. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, aligning solutions with client goals, and supporting the CEO on operational matters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with key customers, serving as their trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Support the CEO by handling client‑related challenges and providing timely updates.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and sales pipeline status.
• Analyze data to uncover trends that inform account strategy.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to expand revenue.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, challenges, and opportunities for senior management.
• Participate in contract negotiations and renewals alongside legal and finance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in key account management.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling operational issues.
