Key Account Manager – Marketing Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive our Marketing Solutions portfolio, ensuring successful campaign execution and revenue growth for key advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, optimise and monitor performance of campaigns for key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and advertisers, positioning DMS as a trusted retail media partner.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to design partnership packages and conduct training sessions.
• Use sales tools and PMOs to track account performance, forecast revenue and manage sales pipelines.
• Prospect new advertisers and agencies, identifying high‑growth brands and aligning them with DMS opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, hold regular update meetings and provide feedback for product improvements.
• Oversee onsite campaign execution, resolve payment disputes and work with finance on approvals and credit limits.
• Prepare post‑mortems, advertising plans and performance reports to refine future strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in marketing, brand or online advertising, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven track record of closing sales, generating revenue and meeting both short‑term and long‑term targets.
• Strong negotiation abilities and experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to influence decision‑makers across multiple levels without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
