Key Account Manager (On-Site)

About the role

VQ, a British brand of audio and small domestic appliances, is expanding its retail presence and is looking for a commercially minded Key Account Manager to join its team. You will be the main point of contact with strategic retail partners in an assigned region, focusing on the retail channel, managing existing accounts, driving growth and finding new commercial opportunities. The role is on-site in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, grow and retain a portfolio of key retail accounts
• Build long-term relationships with buyers and category managers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Own commercial discussions including pricing, margins, promotions and agreements
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and forecasts for each retail channel
• Coordinate with marketing, product, supply chain and finance teams
• Support product launches, promotions and retail activations
• Monitor account performance, sales trends and stock levels
• Ensure timely follow-ups, reporting and account documentation

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience managing key accounts in a B2B environment, preferably in retail, consumer electronics, SDA or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics and commercial negotiations
• Exposure to or understanding of international markets is an advantage
• Must be based in Islamabad / Rawalpindi
