About the role
Zameen.com is looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager to lead field sales for classified real‑estate listings in Lahore. You will own a defined territory, grow a portfolio of real‑estate agencies, and drive revenue through strategic account management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand the portfolio of real‑estate agencies within the assigned region.
- Conduct regular client visits, deliver product demonstrations, and close high‑impact deals.
- Achieve revenue targets set in the regional business plan.
- Identify and acquire new clients while reviving lost accounts to reduce churn.
- Track tasks and KPIs in the CRM system to ensure efficient pipeline management.
- Maximise client engagement, utilisation of services, and explore upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
- Handle client queries, own issue resolution, and maintain long‑term strategic partnerships.
- Monitor competitor initiatives and market trends to inform action plans.
- Create and maintain sales pipelines, flagging any roadblocks to business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a sales or account‑management role.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute growth plans.
- Experience managing a territory and handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical abilities to monitor KPIs and identify improvement areas.
