Klaviyo Expert & Customer Success Manager

About the role

Hire VA Staff is looking for a Klaviyo Expert who also has strong Customer Success Management experience. In this fully remote, full‑time position you will help service‑based small businesses optimise their email marketing, improve audience engagement and ensure a smooth virtual support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise Klaviyo email campaigns, automated flows, segments, signup forms and subscriber lists.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics (delivery, open, click‑through, revenue attribution, unsubscribe trends) and propose data‑driven improvements.
• Onboard new clients, explain platform functionality and guide them in adopting effective email marketing processes.
• Provide timely, professional account support, resolve routine issues and escalate complex technical or strategic matters.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities, priorities and client communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing customer success or account relationships for service‑oriented businesses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client priorities in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Klaviyo platform expertise (campaigns, flows, segmentation, forms, templates, list management).
• Email marketing best practices, personalization and testing.
• Data analysis of email metrics (open rate, click‑through rate, revenue attribution, unsubscribe trends).
