About the role

The KYC Analyst will ensure that customer information and documentation meet regulatory Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. This role involves detailed verification, due‑diligence checks, and maintaining accurate records within a banking environment.

Key responsibilities

Review and verify customer information and documentation for KYC compliance.
Conduct customer due diligence by validating identity documents and account details.
Identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies and follow up for clarification.
Ensure customer records are accurate, complete, and updated according to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and records of verification activities.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree (graduation).
Prior banking experience, preferably in KYC, customer due diligence (CDD), or compliance operations.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
