Laboratory Technician – SMD PCB Assembly

About the role
We are looking for a Laboratory Technician specialized in Surface Mount Technology (SMD) PCB assembly to join Encore Solutions in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. The role involves operating SMD equipment, assembling printed circuit boards and maintaining high quality standards throughout production.
Key responsibilities
- Perform PCB stuffing and component placement using SMD equipment.
- Inspect and test assembled PCBs to ensure quality assurance.
- Troubleshoot and repair soldering defects and placement errors.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop and refine SMD assembly processes for prototypes and production runs.
- Maintain inventory of electronic components and laboratory supplies.
- Follow safety and ESD handling procedures.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Electronics.
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in SMD PCB assembly and soldering.
