Lead AI Architect

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Lead AI Architect to define the technical direction of our AI platform and build next‑generation AI‑powered solutions. The role blends architecture, prototyping, and team leadership to move AI concepts from proof‑of‑concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Define architecture and roadmap for AI platform, covering agents, durable agents, enterprise context, evaluation, observability, security, and model integration.
• Design multi‑agent and orchestration architectures with standards for communication, memory, context, identity/authorization, and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows.
• Architect enterprise context solutions using RAG, Graph RAG, semantic search, knowledge bases, and data integration.
• Develop reference architectures, evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks, and stay hands‑on by prototyping complex solutions.
• Mentor AI engineers, provide technical leadership, and help grow the AI engineering team.

Required profile

• 10+ years software engineering experience, including 4+ years in AI/LLM engineering.
• Proven ability to take AI platforms from idea or POC to production in regulated or compliance‑sensitive environments.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining architectural decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
