Lead Generation & Cold Calling Associate (Remote, Commission-Based)

About the role

SyncBrand is a digital agency offering website development, branding, app development, digital marketing and SEO. It is looking for motivated callers to connect local businesses with its services and book demo meetings. The role is fully remote, part-time, with no fixed hours and no targets or upfront fees.

Key responsibilities

• Find and call local businesses without a website (cafes, restaurants, clinics, salons, real estate).
• Explain the website packages clearly and confidently.
• Book a Google Meet demo as the first meeting.
• Hand over interested leads to the SyncBrand team for closing.
• Follow up with prospects and keep a simple record of calls.

Required profile

• Good spoken English and Urdu.
• Confident, polite communication and comfort with cold calling.
• Personal phone and a stable internet connection.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently; no prior experience needed.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Cold calling and lead generation.
• Lead qualification and sales prospecting.
• Basic written English and market research (nice to have).

What we offer

• Commission-only pay: 20% per closed project, paid after the website is delivered and the client pays.
• Website packages range from PKR 15,000 to 130,000+, so earnings grow with each deal.
