Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

RenderLand is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Mining & Email Marketing Specialist to support its lead generation and marketing efforts. The role involves researching potential clients, building accurate contact lists, extracting data and supporting targeted email campaigns. It is a part-time, remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and identify potential clients such as architects, interior designers, real estate professionals, developers and builders.
• Conduct data mining and data extraction to build accurate, relevant and well-organized lead lists.
• Find and verify business contact information, including email addresses and professional details.
• Organize, clean, update and maintain lead databases and spreadsheets.
• Develop and run targeted email marketing campaigns, write and help with personalized outreach sequences.
• Track campaign performance, monitor responses and identify improvements.
• Maintain records of leads, outreach activities and campaign results.

Required profile

• Experience in data mining, web research, lead generation, data extraction or email marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and good written English and professional communication skills.
• Ability to research independently, manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach to learning and improving outreach processes.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Excel.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
