Lead Generation Executive / Sales Closer (B2B, Outbound)

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Executive / Sales Closer to drive outbound B2B sales for professional services targeting the USA, Canada and UK markets. The role involves managing qualified leads, conducting discovery calls and closing mid‑to‑large ticket deals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage qualified leads from marketing/BD through the full closing process in a high‑volume, phone‑first environment.
• Conduct structured discovery calls to capture client requirements, budget, decision‑making process and timelines.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and sales pitches via phone or video.
• Handle objections, pricing negotiations and competitive comparisons confidently.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline stages, call outcomes and expected close dates.
• Collaborate with client leads and delivery/PM teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and deliverable.
• Provide regular sales pipeline and forecasting updates to management.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of B2B sales experience with proven deal‑closing responsibility.
• Experience selling professional services such as bookkeeping, virtual assistance, digital marketing, SaaS, BPO or consulting.
• Demonstrated success closing mid‑to‑large ticket deals through phone/video‑based sales.
• Prior experience selling to USA, Canada and/or UK markets is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM and dialer tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with lead generation and prospecting tools, specifically Apollo, Kaspr and ContactOut.
