Lead Instructor, Blockchain Specialization

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong Lead Instructor to deliver an intensive, project‑driven blockchain specialization program on‑site in Karachi. The instructor will guide learners through the full stack of decentralized application development, from blockchain fundamentals to real‑world smart contract coding.

Key responsibilities

• Lead live, on‑site blockchain classes and practical coding sessions.
• Teach blockchain fundamentals, smart contract development, wallet integration, token standards, DeFi, NFTs and security best practices.
• Mentor students during individual and team projects, review code, assignments and final deliverables.
• Ensure curriculum stays aligned with current industry tools and practices, and collaborate on curriculum improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software engineering, blockchain or Web3 development experience.
• Strong hands‑on programming skills with demonstrable blockchain projects or a solid GitHub portfolio.
• Prior teaching, mentoring or workshop experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Required skills

• Solidity, Ethereum, EVM‑compatible networks, Hardhat, Foundry, Remix.
• Web3.js, Ethers.js, MetaMask, OpenZeppelin, React, Node.js.
• Knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, Layer‑1/Layer‑2 solutions.
• Familiarity with additional ecosystems such as Solana, Rust, Anchor, Polygon, BNB Chain.
