Lead Procurement – Services & Contracts

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Procurement professional to own the end‑to‑end sourcing of services and contracts. You will ensure timely RFQ creation, evaluate commercial proposals, generate Purchase Orders in SAP and uphold compliance with our procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Create, review and issue RFQs in SAP, ensuring complete technical specifications, scope, commercial terms and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate with user departments to gather procurement requirements and clarify technical details.
• Obtain quotations from approved suppliers, conduct commercial evaluations and prepare bid comparison statements.
• Create Purchase Orders in SAP, verifying pricing, payment terms, tax codes, delivery schedules and contractual conditions before issuance.
• Support contract preparation, execution, amendment, extension and closure while monitoring contract validity and renewal timelines.
• Maintain an organized repository of procurement and contract documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and suppliers throughout the procurement cycle, resolving issues and reporting status to management.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or contract management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, EPC or engineering environments.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP procurement modules.
• Proven ability to manage service contracts, maintenance agreements, civil works and consultancy services.
