Lead Trainer - Artificial Intelligence (AI)

About the role

Ashreitech Academy is looking for an experienced Lead Trainer in Artificial Intelligence to lead training sessions, develop learning materials and deliver practical, industry-relevant AI education. The role is on-site, with 4 hours of work per day, 5 days a week, and covers Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta. It is a 3-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured training sessions on AI concepts, technologies, tools and real-world applications.
• Explain technical concepts through practical demonstrations, case studies and hands-on activities.
• Integrate generative AI tools and prompt engineering into the curriculum where relevant.
• Develop and update course outlines, presentations, assignments and practical exercises.
• Assess participants' progress through assignments, assessments and practical projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders so training matches curriculum objectives and project needs.
• Maintain attendance records, assessment results, training reports and other required documentation.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification professional experience.
• Relevant certifications or professional qualifications in AI or related disciplines.
• Previous experience in AI training, technical instruction, generative AI or prompt engineering is preferred.

• Expertise in generative AI, prompt engineering and emerging AI technologies.
• Leadership, presentation, communication and instructional skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners.
• Training coordination, problem-solving and classroom management skills.

Pay is PKR 150,000 to 175,000 per month.
