Learning & Development Lead

About the role

The Learning & Development Lead will design, implement and drive learning strategies that boost organisational capability, support culture transformation and align with business objectives. This role works closely with business leaders and People & Culture partners to deliver impactful learning experiences across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and execution of in‑house and external learning programmes (soft‑skills, technical and leadership) aligned with organisational needs.
• Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Assessments with business leaders to identify skill gaps and set learning priorities.
• Own end‑to‑end LMS operations, including course creation, content upload, learning path configuration, automation workflows and reporting.
• Develop and manage competency‑based learning frameworks to drive behavioural, technical and leadership capability.
• Drive organisational development initiatives, succession planning and high‑potential employee development.
• Partner with leaders on quarterly performance‑management cycles, goal setting, feedback and development plans.
• Measure learning impact through assessment scores, completion rates and ROI analysis.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design or Organisation Development.
• Proven expertise in conducting Training Needs Assessments and translating business requirements into measurable learning outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience managing an LMS and developing high‑quality learning content.
