About the role
The Lecture Hall Attendant ensures that teaching spaces are clean, organized, and ready for use. This position supports faculty, staff, and students by maintaining a safe and welcoming environment in lecture halls.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order in lecture halls before, during, and after sessions.
- Assist faculty and students with seating arrangements and equipment setup.
- Monitor the environment to ensure safety and compliance with institutional policies.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly to the facilities team.
Required profile
- Matriculation certificate for civilian applicants; candidates from the armed forces should have education below matric level.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in a similar role for civilian candidates.
- For ex‑army applicants, a discharge book is mandatory.
