Legal & Contracts Manager

About the role

SLGTrax is seeking a full‑time Legal & Contracts Manager to join its Islamabad office. The role will support the company’s logistics and technology services by overseeing all commercial agreements and providing legal guidance to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs and partnership arrangements.
• Maintain and update contract templates and manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal or termination.
• Provide legal advice on business initiatives, risk mitigation and regulatory implications.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting logistics and technology services and ensure organizational compliance.
• Coordinate with external counsel when required and prepare reports for leadership on key legal and contractual risks.
• Develop and implement contract management processes and train relevant teams on legal and compliance matters.

Required profile

• Law degree with strong foundation in interpreting statutes, regulations and case law relevant to commercial and logistics matters.
• Experience in top legal firms and in legal consulting, providing business‑oriented advice to cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in legal compliance, regulatory requirements and risk mitigation.
• LLM or additional certifications in corporate or commercial law (preferred, especially from foreign universities).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills with high ethical standards.
