Legal Manager / Legal Consultant

About the role

The Legal Manager / Legal Consultant will independently manage and advise on all legal matters for Telenor Shared Services Pakistan. This on‑site position requires hands‑on legal expertise, strong business partnering, and the ability to deliver practical, compliant advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate, employment, commercial and regulatory advice to management and stakeholders.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage contracts, NDAs and legal notices, ensuring risk mitigation.
• Handle external and internal legal communications, liaise with counsel, regulators and support litigation.
• Support internal and external audits, maintain legal records, trackers and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Compliance, Procurement and business teams.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 5–8 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background in corporate, employment, commercial and compliance matters.
• Experience in multinational or shared‑services environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain high integrity.
