Legal Specialist

About the role

The Legal Specialist will join SLGTrax’s Islamabad office to provide comprehensive legal support across the company’s technology‑enabled supply‑chain operations. This full‑time, on‑site position involves advising internal stakeholders, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal consulting and strategic advice to various business units.
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Identify and address legal issues, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement legal strategies.
• Communicate legal matters clearly to stakeholders and support decision‑making processes.

Required profile

• LLM (foreign qualified) with experience in leading law firms in Pakistan.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field.
• Previous experience in corporate legal advisory or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to interpret legal texts and provide actionable insights.
