Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and case analysis, providing actionable insights for litigation and dispute resolution.
• Assess regulatory compliance and support due diligence for corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional AI teams to identify legal risks and provide real‑world input for system design.
• Design and implement process improvements that leverage legal domain knowledge to drive business innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, negotiation, and analysis.
• Strong research and analytical abilities with a focus on actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing high‑quality documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global, remote team.
• Domain knowledge in finance or technology and familiarity with relevant regulations.
